Atico La Palmita is located in a quiet area

on the edge of the lively village of Tazacorte, within walking distance of terraces, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The sandy beach of Tazacorte Puerto is not far away. It is within walking distance of la Palmita, bearing in mind that it is approx. 2 kms with a height difference/climb of 100 m. Also within 10 minutes by car you will be at the cozy Plaza de España in Los Llanos.

The house is suitable for 2 to 4 people. The apartment has an indoor area of 65 m2 and a 160 m2 roof terrace with panoramic views over the ocean, the mountains, Tazacorte and the youngest volcano of La Palma, Tajogaite.

You also have access to a communal (resident) swimming pool where you can cool off on warm days.

The building (3 floors) has an elevator, but the roof terrace can only be reached from the living room via a staircase. This makes La Palmita less suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Roof terrace

The roof terrace has a sheltered lounge and dining area and a gas barbecue. On the elevated panorama terrace, which is surrounded by glass, there are sunbeds and another seating area. The second bathroom is located on the roof terrace.

Kitchen and living room

The kitchen (also with ocean view) is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob (4-burner), an oven, a large fridge/freezer combination and a dishwasher. In the entrance hall to the roof terrace you will also find a washing machine. The apartment has fiber optic internet/wifi and a smart TV. If you have a Netflix subscription and bring your login codes, you don’t have to miss your favourite series.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Both bedrooms are equipped with a luxury 2-person box spring bed of 160 x 200 cm and a large built-in wardrobe. The beds are supplied with duvets. The bathrooms have modern toilet and bathroom fittings and a glass shower cabin. The bathroom is equipped with a thermostatic hand and rain shower.

And furthermore….

The apartment has air conditioning (cooling and heating, although the latter will rarely be needed in Tazacorte) in the living room and bedrooms and has double glazing.

La Palmita is an ‘adult-only’ accommodation and therefore not suitable for children under the age of 16.

Pets are not allowed, neither is smoking in the apartment.

Price information:

Until 31.12.2024 € 105 per night for 1 or 2 persons. The price for the final cleaning is € 80.

The extra charge for a 3rd or 4th person is € 10 per person per night until 31.12.2024.

From January 1, 2025, the price per night for 1 or 2 people is € 110. The extra charge for a 3rd and 4th person is € 12.50 per person per night from January 1, 2025.

The minimum stay is 7 nights, shorter stays are on request.

Payment: 50% within 7 days after receipt of the confirmation and 50% at the latest 4 weeks before arrival.
